Airport Transfers
Transfers on arrival and departure will be provided only for passengers who have booked their flights on a Trafalgar recommended flight and advised Trafalgar of their flight detailsat least 21 days prior to departure. Sydney Airport transfer will be provided on Day 3 and Cairns Airport transfer will be provided on Day 26.

The rest of the day is free. | | Day 4 | Sydney | Our morning sightseeing features views of the Botanical Gardens, Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House from Mrs. Macquarie's Chair, before heading to the infamous Kings Cross. Continue to Bondi Beach, with time for a stroll along this famous surf beach. See Darling Harbour on your return to the city. The rest of your stay is at leisure. Why not sightsee further or enjoy some souvenir shopping? Later this afternoon enjoy time at leisure. (Buffet breakfast) | | Day 8 | Adelaide | We travel through Ballarat and Horsham before crossing the South Australian border. We'll see the Murray River before continuing down through the hills into Adelaide. This evening, enjoy a welcome drink with our Tour Director. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 9 | Flinders Ranges | After a sightseeing tour of Adelaide we will travel through the Clare Valley and sample some local wines. Then, into the Flinders Ranges and Wilpena Pound. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 10 | Port Agusta | A free morning to explore Wilpena Pound. Perhaps take a walk to Wangarra Lookout before we continue our journey to Port Augusta and visit the Wadlata Outback Interpretive Centre. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 11 | Coober Pedy | Today we visit Woomera, Established in 1947 as an experimental rocket launching site, before driving to Coober Pedy. Here we enjoy a tour of this unique town and visit an underground home. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 12 | Ayers Rock | Crossing the Erldunda and Mount Ebenezer cattle stations we arrive at Ayers Rock Resort. Tonight, enjoy a glass of wine and nibbles as we watch sunset over Uluru (Ayers Rock). (Buffet breakfast) | | Day 13 | The Olgas | An early start forthose wishing to Climb Uluru. Then we tour the base to see rock paintings and hear stories of the Aboriginal Dreamtime. This afternoon we visit Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) and walk into Olga Gorge. The size and grandeur of these 36 massive domes of conglomerate red rock will amaze you. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 14 | Kings Canyon | We travel to Kings Canyon this morning. Climb to the rim of the mighty canyon and enjoy the spectacular views, or you may like to take a more leisurely walk and explore the canyon floor. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 15 | Alice Springs | We continue to Alice Springs where a sightseeing tour includes highlights of the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Telegraph Station, School of the Air and Anzac Hill. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 16 | Desert Park | After breakfast this morning we will meet a local Aboriginal guide and learn how to find bush tucker' and to throw a boomerang. Later, visit Standley Chasm and Simpsons Gap in the West MacDonnell Ranges. From here we're off to Alice Springs Desert Park to view Australian native wildlife. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 17 | Tennant Creek | We travel north across the tropic of Capricorn and see the Devils Marbles, enormous round boulders rising from the plain. Then we continue on to the gold mining town of Tennant Creek. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 18 | Katherine | Today we visit historic Daly Waters before entering the 'Never Never' country of the Northern Territory. Next, we stop at the beautiful Mataranka Thermal Springs with time for a swim. Finally, a late afternoon arrival at Katherine.
(Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 19 | Kakadu | Our day begins with an early morning cruise through Katherine Gorge. Then we travel deep into Kakadu National Park where we join the famous Yellow River Billabong cruise. Stay in the heart of Kakadu for two nights.
(Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 20 | Kakadu | Enjoy a full day at leisure. Perhaps take an optional scenic flight over Kakadu National Park or you may wish to join an optional tour to Arnhem Land. Alternatively, sit back and relax by the hotel pool. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 21 | Darwin | This morning we visit the Ubirr rock art site. Here there's a chance to take an optional scenic flight over the Arnhem Land Escarpment. Next we stop at the Bowali Visitor Centre before travelling to Darwin. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 22 | Darwin | Free time to relax or maybe take an optional tour to Litchfield National Park. Or you may wish to visit the multi–award winning Territory Wildlife Park. This evening, why not join an optional dinner arranged by your Tour Director? (Buffet breakfast) | | Day 23 | Cairns | After breakfast, we are transferred to the airport for our early morning flight to Cairns. On arrival we are transferred to our hotel, where we spend the next three nights. (Buffet breakfast) | | Day 24 | Cairns | You have two full days at leisure to enjoy this tropical city. Why not take an unforgettable cruise to the Great Barrier Reef or an excursion through the rainforest on the Skyrail Cableway to Kuranda? Or you may wish to take a trip to the scenic beaches and the spectacular rainforests of Daintree. (Buffet breakfast) | | Day 25 | Cairns | You have another day at leisure to enjoy this tropical city. Why not take an unforgettable cruise to the Great Barrier Reef or an excursion through the rainforest on the Skyrail Cableway to Kuranda? Or you may wish to take a trip to the scenic beaches and the spectacular rainforests of Daintree.
