Reservations should be made as early as possible to assure confirmation of selected travel components. Reservations for travel components (air, hotels, car rentals, tours, rail, etc.) are subject to availability. Should circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and/or inclusions or substitute hotels of similar standard.

Select bookings may qualify for the "Buy NOW, Pay Later" deposit option, in which there aren't advance-ticketing restrictions. Buy NOW, Pay Later will be offered for bookings placed at least 60 days prior to departure, with an invoice amount greater than $100. The deposit option, if offered, will be found on the payment screen (which will appear once taxes, if any, are calculated). A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person will be charged, with the final balance automatically charged to the same credit card 45 days prior to the U.S. departure date.

Payment in full must be given at the time of booking. (Unless the booking qualifies for our "Buy NOW, Pay Later;" see above). Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover are accepted forms of payment. Non-receipt of payment by midnight of the following day will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to departure from the United States. A special handling fee of $10 will be assessed to bookings that require overnight express delivery. Overnight delivery requests will be accepted up until 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

Hotel rates found on this website include (unless otherwise stated): accommodations with private bath or shower, Continental breakfast, hotel taxes, and general service charges. Local municipal city taxes may be additional in some cities / resorts and must be paid locally. Hotel rates do not include any expenses of a personal nature / incidental charges. Room assignments are at the discretion of the hotel management and specific requests cannot be guaranteed. ctitravel.com guarantees room types, which have appropriate bedding for the number of passengers requested per room. We do not guarantee a specific bed type.

 

We list the availability status of each hotel property as either available, maybe available, or not available, so you are aware in advance of our ability to confirm your hotel choice.

 

An available hotel is a property in which we have on-line, immediate confirmation. If possible, we suggest you choose an available hotel.

 

A Maybe Available hotel is one in which the hotel must be requested before confirmation. This process requires 2-4 business days. If for some reason the hotel you have chosen is returned to us as not available, we will do our best to offer an alternate property to you in the same price range. You are totally free to accept this property or decide that you do not wish to accept our alternate. You are under no obligation to purchase if you do not accept our alternate hotel.

 

A not available hotel is one that is normally available to us, but at this time is fully booked and can no longer accept reservations. We show these properties to you in the event you wish to check alternate dates for availability.

Drivers must be at least 25 years of age; a maximum age may apply, subject to car rental company rules. Basic car rental rates include: unlimited mileage and VAT (value added tax). Rates do not include: tolls, gasoline, third driver surcharge, overtime charges for car rental. Specific car models can not be guaranteed. Airport surcharges / one-way drop off fees may apply.

Insurance covering baggage, trip cancellation or interruption, and personal accidents covering your entire reservation is strongly recommended. Limited travel protection insurance is available for purchase when you purchase your package. You must click "Yes" for "Travel Protection" on the Passenger Name Page in order to purchase this insurance. Although insurance is not required by ctitravel.com to purchase any product, by not purchasing insurance you agree that you understand that ctitravel.com has strongly recommended such coverage.

ctitravel.com is not responsible for the provision of passports or visas. Please check with the appropriate consulate for details.

 

Fares and schedules are based on regular scheduled service. All applicable airline rules apply. Schedules are subject to change. Basic air fares do not include: airport departure taxes, passenger facility charges (PFCs), customs and immigration fees, or excess baggage charges.

 

Travel documents will be sent via 2-day UPS 24-hours after receipt of full payment. ctitravel.com is not responsible for lost or stolen documents, therefore, any re-issuance of documents may be assessed their full face value.

Rules and fees for canceling and revising airfares vary depending upon the type of airfare purchased. Please see applicable rules when booking airfare. Revisions to land arrangements once booking is completed and paid for are subject to availability, and a revision fee of $25.00 per change will apply. No revisions are permitted within two weeks of departure. A $100-per-person fee, plus all non-refundable arrangements, will be assessed for all cancellations made after payment and more than 45-days prior to departure. For cancellations made within 45 days of departure, the following cancellation fees apply:

No refunds will be granted for lost/stolen documents. In addition, some "stand-alone" travel components that are cancelled and returned UNUSED within 6 months from the date of issue (rail tickets, rail passes, hotel vouchers, special cruises, etc.) have unique cancellation policies, which will be stated at time of booking and can range from 15% to 50% of the cost. Rail and air reservations are totally non-refundable.

 

NO REFUND CLAIM WILL BE CONSIDERED OR PURSUED AND NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY ctitravel.com UNLESS NOTICE OF CLAIM IS RECEIVED WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF COMPLETION OF TRAVEL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED FOR UNUSED LAND ARRANGEMENTS ONCE THE TRIP HAS COMMENCED. ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE RETURNED TO ctitravel.com IN ORDER FOR A REFUND REQUEST TO BE CONSIDERED. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU USE CERTIFIED MAIL SINCE MANY COMPONENTS MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE IF LOST OR STOLEN. REFUND DECISIONS ARE DETERMINED BY ctitravel.com PER THE SIGNED CONTRACT EXISTING BETWEEN ctitravel.com AND THE SUPPLIER(S). NO REFUND DETERMINATION CAN BE MADE BY ANYONE OTHER THAN ctitravel.com.

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit a complaint of alleged copyright infringement to ctitravel.com, Inc. if they have a good-faith belief that their protected works are being infringed. ctitravel.com will respond to all such notifications that are sent to:

To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of a right that is allegedly infringed;



• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single website are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that website;



• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;



• Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted;



• A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and



• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of such notification, ctitravel.com shall promptly investigate the matter, and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. After ctitravel.com removes or disables access to such material, ctitravel.com will notify the party that posted the material of its action. Such party may then provide ctitravel.com's designated agent proper "counter-notification" stating his, her or its authority to post the allegedly infringing material, which ctitravel.com will forward to the alleged copyright owner. ctitravel.com will inform the alleged copyright owner that ctitravel.com will repost the removed material or cease disabling access to it in ten to fourteen business days unless the alleged copyright owner sends a second notification to ctitravel.com's designated agent stating that it has filed suit against the alleged infringer.

An effective counter-notification must be sent to ctitravel.com's designated agent, whose name and address are listed above. The notice must include the following information:

• The counter-notifying party's physical or electronic signature;



• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material was before its removal or disablement;



• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the party has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and



• The counter-notifying party's name, address, phone number, and a statement that the party consents to the jurisdiction of the federal court in its district, or if the subscriber is foreign, it consents to any jurisdiction where ctitravel.com is subject to jurisdiction, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided ctitravel.com with notification or an agent of such a person.
