Airport Transfers
Hotelink transfers between Heathrow and Gatwick Airports and Central London are available for all passengers, providing you stay in a Trafalgar London hotel (booked by Trafalgar Tours). Note: Passengers should arrive at Gatwick Airport between 06. 00–12. 30 or Heathrow between 06. 00–21. 30. Departure transfers arrive back to Gatwick Airport and London Heathrow Airport between between 08. 00–23. 00.

For passengers who book Trafalgar's Land & Air only package and who choose to make thier own flight arrangements, a transfer will be provided at a charge of $25 per person roung trip. Your travel Agent must provide Trafalgar accurate flight details no less that 21 days prior to tour departure and must arrange your flights to coincide with our specific arrival and departure transfer times. If however, you arrive outside Transfers times, then you must make your own alternative transfer arrangements at your own expense.

However, if arriving after these times and Trafalgar Tours has booked your air reservation, then you will receive Britrail Tickets. Transfers via train link from London Heathrow Airport to Paddington Station on the Heathrow Rail Express, and from London Gatwick Airport to Victoria Station on the Gatwick Rail Express. From Paddington or Victoria it's a short and inexpensive journey by taxi to your London Hotel. Note: Heathrow Express operates between 05:10–23:30. Gatwick Express operates inbound services between 06:50–20:50 and outbound services from 06:50–20:00. Transfers outside of these times are at the passengers own expense.
