Airport/Central London Railway Station/Airport: Only one included transfer both inbound and outbound per tour is included by Trafalgar. Transfers are by express train to a Central London Rail Station. From Central London it's a short and inexpensive journey by taxi to your hotel. Heathrow Express operates between 05:10 – 23:30. Gatwick Express operates inbound services between 05:20 – 23:45 and outbound services from 04:30 – 23:45. Transfers outside these times are at the passengers own expense.

For passengers who choose to make their own flight arrangements, a transfer will be provided at a charge of $25 per person round trip. Your Travel Agent must provide Trafalgar accurate flight details no less that 21 days prior to tour departure and must arrange your flight to coincide with our specific arrival and departure transfer times. If however, you arrive outside the scheduled transfer times, then you must make your own alternative transfer arrangements at your own expense.
