For passengers who book Trafalgar's Land only package and who choose to make their own flight arrangements, a transfer will be provided at a charge of $25 per person round trip. Your Travel Agent must provide Trafalgar accurate flight details no less than 21 days prior to tour departure and must arrange your flights to coincide with our specific arrival and departure transfer times. If however, you arrive outside the scheduled transfer times, then you must make your own alternative transfer arrangements at your own expense.

However, if arriving after these times and Trafalgar Tours has booked your air reservation, then you will receive Britrail Tickets. Transfers via train link from London Heathrow Airport to Paddington Station on the Heathrow Rail Express, and from London Gatwick Airport to Victoria Station on the Gatwick Rail Express. From Paddington or Victoria station a short and inexpensive journey by taxi to your London Hotel. Note: Heathrow Express operates between 05:10 – 23:30. Gatwick Express operates inbound services between 06:50 – 20:50. Transfers outside of these times are at the passengers own expense.

Return transfers from the last hotel will arrive at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport at 08:00 on Day 16.

Free London Return Passengers on the Land only option may return to London by Trafalgar motorcoach at NO EXTRA CHARGE, instead of departing from Paris. Accomodation will be required as arrival in London is late afternoon/early evening. Ask your Travel Agent to book this for you.
