For passengers who book Trafalgar's Land only package and who choose to make their own flight arrangements, a transfer will be provided at a charge of $25 per person round trip. Your Travel Agent must provide Trafalgar accurate flight details no less than 21 days prior to tour departure and must arrange your flights to coincide with our specific arrival and departure transfer times. If however, you arrive outside the scheduled transfer times, then you must make your own alternative transfer arrangements at your own expense.

However, if arriving after these times and Trafalgar Tours has booked your air reservation, then you will receive Britrail Tickets. Transfers via train link from London Heathrow Airport to Paddington Station on the Heathrow Rail Express, and from London Gatwick Airport to Victoria Station on the Gatwick Rail Express. From Paddington or Victoria it's a short and inexpensive journey by taxi to your London Hotel. Note: Heathrow Express operates between 05:10 – 23:30. Gatwick Express ope rates inbound services between 06:50 – 20:50. Transfers outside of these times are at the passengers own expense.

Rome Airport Transfer will arrive at the airport at 07:00 and 09:30 on Day 17.
