Free Transfers at European Airports: If you join your Trafalgar tour at a European city and have booked Trafalgar's Land & Air package, a free transfer will be provided to and from the airport to the tour hotel on the day the tour arrives and the day it departs at scheduled times. In the unlikely event that passengers who have booked their Land & Air with Trafalgar can only be booked on flights arriving outside of the scheduled times, transfer will still be provided.

Airport/Central London Railway Station/Airport: Only one included transfer both inbound and outbound per tour is included by Trafalgar. Transfers are by express train to a Central London Rail Station. From Central London it's a short and inexpensive journey by taxi to your hotel. Heathrow Express operates between 05:10 – 23:30. Gatwick Express operates inbound services between 05:20 – 23:45 and outbound services from 04:30 – 23:45. Transfers out these times are at passengers own expense.

For passengers who choose to make their own flight arrangements, a transfer will be provided at a charge of $25 per person round trip. Your Travel Agent must provide Trafalgar accurate flight details no less that 21 days prior to tour departure and must arrange your flight to coincide with our specific arrival and departure transfer times. If however, you arrive outside the scheduled transfer times, then you must make your own alternative transfer arrangements at your own expense.
