Complimentary Transfers
- Arrival Transfers: Flights must arrive between 0800 and 1500 on the day the cruise departs, or on the day any included land program begins in order to receive airport to ship transfers. These transfers are group transfers and passengers may experience a waiting period between transfers.
- Passengers will need to make their way to the meet and greet area where they will be met by a representative holding a TRAFALGAR UNIWORLD sign. Passengers arriving outside the official dates of arrival shown in the brochure will need to make their own arrangements or purchase a private transfer.
- Departure Transfers: Flights must depart between 0800 and 1400 on the day that the cruise or the included land package ends in order to receive the ship to airport transfer. Passengers departing later than this must make their own arrangements or purchase private transfers.

- Bucharest Much of Bucharests past can be seen along Piata Victoriei and Calea Victoriei with the National Museum of History, the Athenaeum and the Royal Palace. The elegant Soseaua Kiseleff, inspired by French–trained architects during the 19th century, resembles the famed Champs Elysées. Explore the colossal 6,000 –room House of the People, the second largest building in the world, after the U.S. Pentagon. Join fellow passengers as our guest in a local restaurant with a traditional Romanian folklore show.
- Transylvania Bran Castle Visit the14th–century Bran Castle, legendary home of Prince Vlad Tepes, nicknamed Vlad the Impaler, who inspired Bram Stokers Dracula legend. The castle was built to defend from invaders, and sits atop of a 200–foot high rock, overlooking the town of Bran. The castle has an incredible collection of Romanian furniture dating back to the 14th century.
- Cernavoda (Constanta) From Cernavoda, travel by deluxe motorcoach to the lovely resort city of Constanta, perfectly situated along the edge of the Black Sea. This popular resort city has been the prize of various empires for over 2,500 years. Enjoy its colorful history and ancient ruins, plus a relaxing stop in the seaside resort of Mamaia.
- Rousse The history of Rousse is closely tied to the rhythm of the river. Its advantageous location on the Danube between Romania and Bulgaria has made it a center of commerce and culture through the ages. A visit to the Ethnographical Museum illustrates how prosperous Rousse was and a tour of the town today highlights the architectural differences that mark the passage of time in this lovely Bulgarian port.
- Veliko Turnovo and Arbanassi This fascinating place, which was the capital of the Bulgarian Empire in the Middle Ages, is immersed in history. The Yantra River winds through a gorge in the center of the city. On Tsarevets Hill, see the old fortress walls, royal palace ruins patriarchal church, then visit the museum town of Arbanassi.
- Iron Gate Gorge The scenery becomes truly spectacular as you cruise through the Iron Gates, a narrow gorge between the Carpathian and Balkan Mountains. The gorge, one of the most dramatic sights in Europe, forms a natural border between Serbia and Romania.
- Belgrade Celtic fortifications, Medieval tombs and Turkish baths are among the treasures of Belgrades turbulent 2,500–year history. The streets of the Old Town are lined with fine examples of 19th–century neoclassical architecture. Explore Kalemegdan fortress and park. View the National Museum in Republic Square, Mihajlova Street, Saint Sava Temple (the largest Orthodox Church in the city) and Titos Memorial.
- Vukovar (Osijek) Located on the right bank of the Drava River, historic Osijek is the largest city of eastern Croatia. Osijek has been destroyed and rebuilt many times throughout history. As a result, the city boasts an eclectic and fascinating architectural heritage.
- Mohacs (Pecs) Founded more than 2,000 years ago by the Romans, Pecs was a center of early Christian Hungary before becoming a Turkish cultural center during the Ottoman rule. Let history unfold as you visit the Zsolnay and Vasarely Museums.
- Budapest A vibrant mix of East and West, Medieval and modern, Budapest is one of the most engaging and most fashionable cities in Europe earning it the title Paris of the East. Behold bustling downtown Pest, with its spectacular Houses of Parliament, Heros Square and the magnificent, neoclassical St. Stephans Basilica. On the Buda side, explore Castle Hill, towering above the Danube, and enjoy the view from Fishermans Bastion.
