Your Travel Agent must provide Trafalgar accurate flight details no less than 21 days prior to tour departure and must arrange your flights to coincide with our specific arrival and departure transfer dates. If however, you arrive outside the scheduled transfer dates, then you must make your own alternative transfer arrangements at your own expense.
